All Returns are subject to the Manufacturer's policy(s)
No Returns Allowed for Shipments outside of Continental US.
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and are here to answer any questions you may have to ensure you are purchasing the right air compressor or parts for your needs. Although we strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied, we understand that may not always be the case. If you encounter a problem with your purchase, please e-mail us at sales@compressorpros.com. We will be happy to assist you, and if appropriate, work with the appropriate party(s) on a return. We cannot refund or authorize a return if not approved by the manufacturer.
If an order is canceled prior to shipment, a full refund will be processed.
All cancellation requests must be e-mailed. If you decide you do not want the product after it has been shipped, any applicable restock fees incurred from the manufacturer will be passed along and once we receive credit, a refund (less any fees) will be processed (Product must be UNUSED and in ORIGINAL Packaging. Return requests of new products will not be accepted after 7 calendar days. Once the product has been returned and our vendor has issued us a credit, we will process a refund less any restock, outbound shipping and fees associated with credit card, PayPal, Affirm or other payment processors. This refund usually is withing a few days, but it may take up to 14.
We cannot accept any return requests for products that were financed. You must work with your finance company directly. (This does not apply to Credit Card purchases, PayPal or Affirm)
Note: Some manufactures do not accept return of parts. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item and reach out to us if there is any question and we can assist. If there is an error by the manufacturer, we will work with them for resolution.
