Our website, like many e-commerce sites, uses a service called Aftership that provides a link in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Unfortunately, not all carriers are linked up with that service, so, for example, if something ships by the freight carrier, Custom Co., the link provided will not work.
Although not the perfect solution, we have listed links to the tracking page for most companies that our vendors use for shipping. The links can be found at the bottom of our Shipping and Returns Page.
We will continue updating as the list of carriers grows.
